Rehabilitation is a very personal journey and as such, it requires very personal steps as you follow your individual program and advance on the road to your goals.
Whether you are recovering from an injury or want to push your body harder when you train, or you just wish to move freely and spring out of bed in the morning, rehab is all about developing skill sets and knowledge to better understand how to use your body as you move forward and upgrade.
The focus of complex rehab, and in particular DNS, consists in looking at how your body moves from “within” to help identify injuries, weaknesses and pain mechanisms that may be holding you back. We turn the attention to YOU first so you can successfully progress on YOUR journey to recovery and performance.
Step by step, with care and resolution, we help you:
- Identify weaknesses, pain patterns and neuro-inflammatory processes
- Build your foundation through a personalised treatment plan
- Recover and adapt to new skills
- Stabilise your body and take on different movement principles
- Remodel and enhance performance
- Develop regeneration
- Integrate exercise routines into your lifestyle
- Pre-frame training sessions
